17) Day 17 of #sewphotohop : #proudestachievement What it should be but my evening dress? I’m really proud, that i finished it and that it looks like i wanted it to look! – Tag 17 des #sewphotohop : #proudestachievement Was sollte es anderes sein als mein Abendkleid? Ich bin immer noch stolz, das ich es fertiggemacht habe und das es so aussieht, wie ich es mir vorgestellt hatte!

18) Day 18 of #sewphotohop : #sewingresolution You can see in the photo. And till today, i’ve had no problems with it! And otherwise it is challenging me in making all i ever want: Jeans, blouses,…. Best decision! – Mein Vorhaben für 2015: Alle Klamotten selbermachen, kein Shopping! Und jeden Tag muss mindestens ein Teil selbstgenäht sein. Und bis jetzt war das kein Problem! Und die beste Entscheidung, die ich treffen konnte. Schließlich muss alles, was ich will, selbstgemacht sein. Also musste ich mich auch an Jeans und Blusen wagen 😉

19) Day 19 of #sewphotohop : #boldestfabric My fabric choices are a lot more wearable now then in the beginning of sewing. But i like to show you a fabric, that was really difficult for me in the beginning and turns out in a really loved blouse! – #boldestfabrics Meine Stoffwahl ist heute ist um einiges tragbarer als zu Anfang meiner Nähzeit. Aber ich will euch heute diesen Stoff zeigen, weil er am Anfang echt schwer für mich war, als Bluse aber jetzt ein Lieblingsteil!

20) Day 20 of #sewphotohop : #learningandpracticing You can see a seam from last year and one from this year. Okay, i have now a overlocker, but i have learned much and practicing was my way… – Tag 20 des #sewphotohop : lernen und üben: ihr könnt oben eine Naht vom vergangenen Jahr sehen und eine von einem meiner letzten Projekte. Okay, inzwischen hab ich auch eine Overlock, aber auch ansonsten hab ich viel Erfahrung gesammelt. Und das nur mit üben… 

21) Day 21 of #sewphotohop : #shadesofsummer This is absolutely my shade of summer, because i love these throusers. A german pattern, called velara – Das ist absolut mein Sommerteil, die Hose Velara von #schnittgeflüster . Gestern hab ich sie euch, auch als #fakejumpsuit, auf dem Blog gezeigt.

22) Day 22 of #sewphotohop : #lastthingimade A Kimono Tee with a wider neckband and #holiday … I love it! (not yet on the blog)- Das letzte was ich gemacht habe: Ein Kimono Tee mit einem erwas weiteren Ausschnitt und #holiday … Ich liebe es! (noch nicht auf dem Blog)

23) Day 23 of #sewphotohop : Favourite sewing technique : I love sewing with my overlock! You can sew everything with it, it’s looking always good. – Ich liebe meine Overlock und das ist definitiv meine liebste Art zu nähen! Jede Naht wird toll, egal welchen Stoff man verwendet!

24) Day 24 of #sewphotohop : #worstpartofsewing I think the picture says enough 😉 – Ich denke, das Bild sagt genug

25) Day 25 of #sewphotohop : #behindtheseams I said it before: I love my Overlock and my twin needles are not much behind it – Ich hatte es schon mal gesagt: Ich liebe meine Overlock und die Zwillingsnadel kommt nicht weit dahinter 😉

26) Day 26 of #sewphotohop : #labouroflove My man is my biggest supporter- and the one who has to suffer the most when I’m sewing… No more TV-Nights together, only a wife who is again tired because she has sewn too long. Because of this all, I wanted to make him a special sweater. Unfortunately the flag was not cotton and so I have to make someday a new one… – Mein Mann ist der, der mich mit Sicherheit am meisten unterstützt. Andererseits ist er auch der, der unter dem Nähen am meisten leiden muss: Keine gemeinsamen Fernsehabende mehr, eine übermüdete Frau weil ich mal wieder zu spät ins Bett bin… Deshalb wollte ich ihm einen speziellen Pullover machen. Leider war die Flagge nicht aus Baumwolle und irgendwann muss ich deshalb einen Neuen machen…

27) Day 27 of #sewphotohop : #itsbeenawhile that i made these beauties… My pattern are stored in and „Schnittmuster“ means Pattern. I’ve made a freebie out of this for your plotter, unfortunately only in german… – Es ist eine Zeitlang her, dass ich diese Ordnerhüllen für meine Schnittmuster gemacht habe. Die Plotterdatei gibts im Übrigen auf dem Blog… 

28) Day 28 of #sewphotohop : #trimsandhaberdashery I love all the trims and haberdashery and with every fabric shopping i need one of these…. – Webbänder und Kurzwaren liebe ich und bei jeder Stoffbestellung muss ein wenig davon mit in den Warenkorb

29) Day 29 of #sewphotohop : #eyelevel At my sewingspace I have this chaotic view. Its all selfmade, i know. But thats all, I need very often while sewing 😉 – Das ist meine Chaotische Aussicht am Nähplatz… Das Chaos habe ich selber zu verantworten, aber all das brauch ich ständig beim nähen!

30) Day 30 of #sewphotohop : #favoriteera Otherwise than as suspect in the photo, i don’t really have a favorite era. Possibly the current era, becouse you can wear almost everything. I like things from the respective eras that are the best for me. – Anders, wie das Bild vermuten lässt, habe ich keine Lieblings-Ära. Okay, vielleicht die momentane, weil man doch eigentlich alles tragen kann und „in“ ist. Ich mag die Sachen aus den jeweiligen Epochen, die am besten zu mir passen.

31) Day 31 of #sewphotohop or #thelastday : #lastthingibought It was the zipper for this vest… The weather was too good to wear it the last weeks, but I fear, that the time for the vest is coming this week… – Der letzte Tag des #sewphotohop ist da und die Frage, was ich mir als letztes gekauft habe: Es war der Reißverschluss für meine AnniNanni-Jacke! Dank des guten Wetters gab es bisher keine Gelegenheit, diese zu tragen… Ich befürchte aber, dass es diese Woche noch Gelegenheit dazu gibt… 

Thank you very much for the sewphotohop @houseofpinheiro ! It really was fun to be part of it! And yes, I’m a little bit proud of myself, because I was there all the time!

Das war mein #sewphotohop. Ich hoffe, ihr konntet ein wenig über mich kennenlernen, meinen Nähplatz und den Spaß den ich am Nähen habe! 

A little look back, one year ago… Today is our first wedding day! And on my blog one year ago a few lovely bloggers filled this pause… 

Noch ein kleiner Rückblick am heutigen Tag… Heute ist unser erster Hochzeitstag! Und vor einem Jahr waren ganz viele liebe Bloggerinnen hier zu Gast, um mich zu vertreten! Danke euch nochmal, ich denke immer noch gern daran zurück!

Was ist eigentlich des mit dem Sewphotohop?

I really like Instagram. And what I like most of it? That you can find so many other people with the same hobbies or passions with only one hashtag! And from time to time there are projects with given topics and matching hashtag. Rachel of houseofpinheiro invited us all to be part of her Instagram-Party with the hashtag #sewphotohop. And I was there! Incredibly 31 days I was part of it! And here are the pictures, that I have posted:
Ich mag Instagram ja wirklich richtig gern. Und was ich an Instagram am allerliebsten mag? Das man mit ein paar Hashtags wahnsinnig viele Gleichgesinnte findet! Und es immer wieder Projekte mit vorgegebenen Themen und einem passenden Hashtag gibt. Zu so einer Instagram-Party hat Rachel von houseofpinheiro aufgerufen unter dem Hashtag #sewphotohop. Und ich war dabei! Unglaubliche 31 Tage habe ich es geschafft teilzunehmen! Und was ich da alles so gepostet habe zeige ich euch heute auch hier:
1) Day 1 of #sewphotohop: #Hello (introduce yourself) 
This is me, Marina! Sewing always was a part of my life, but since 3 years I have a sewing machine and after a short time I have tried to make clothes… And that was the beginning of a big love! – Tag 1 des #sewphotohop: Stelle dich vor! Das bin ich, Marina! Nähen war immer irgendwie ein Teil meines Lebens, aber seit drei Jahren habe ich eine Nähmaschine und ziemlich bald habe ich versucht, Klamotten selber zu nähen… Und das war der Beginn einer großen Liebe!

2) Day 2 of #sewphotohop : Can’t (won’t) live without my sewing machine and my overlock… Okay, won’t live without  – Tag 2 des #sewphotohop : Ich kann (will) nicht ohne meine Nähmaschine und meine Overlock leben… Okay, eher will nicht 😉

3) Day 3 at #sewphotohop : #colorful I think, that sewing colourful is cool, but it is very challenging: the colours have to match and you need a range of colors (for example bright colours) for the possibility to combinate your clothes. And in summer it should be colourful! Black is for winter 😉 – Tag 3 beim #sewphotohop : #colorful Mir gefällt es, bunt zu nähen, aber ich finde es auch ein wenig schwierig: Die Farben müssen zusammen passen und möglichst aus einer „Range“ sein (zum Beispiel strahlende Farben), um sie miteinander kombinieren zu können. Und im Sommer darf es gern bunt sein! Schwarz heb ich mir dann für den Winter auf 😉
4) Day 4 of #sewphotohop : Work/Play I sew(work) with differrent types of fabric. In this example I played with a fabric, that was an old military tent. It was a gift for a man, a reading bone/pillow. I like playing with the differencies and usabilitys of fabric. And I like to work(sew), so the idea becomes reality.  – Tag 4 des #sewphotohop mit dem Tagesmotto Work/Play: Ich mag es mit unterschiedlichen Stoffarten zu spielen und mit Arbeit(Nähen) was neues daraus entstehen zu lassen. Das Knochenkissen entstand zum Beispiel aus einem alten Bundeswehrzelt und gemacht hab ich es als Geschenk für einen Mann. 


5) My #silhouette on day 5 of #sewphotohop . On this picture you can see my silhouette very good. Bright shoulders, normal bust, not much waist but my hips exist. Oversize don’t dress me, but the opposite, i think. The picture is from a while ago with my kimono tee and the girlfriend-upcycling-jeans. – Meine Silhouette am Tag 4 des #sewphotohop . Auf diesem Bild kann man meine Silhouette ganz gut erkennen: Breite Schultern, normalen Oberkörper, wenig Taille und existierende Hüften. Oversize-Schnitte stehen mir nicht, das Gegenteil an Schnitten find ich jedoch schon. Das Foto ist schon ein bisschen älter mit meinem Kimono-Tee und meiner Upcycling-Girlfriend-Jeans.
6) Day 6 of #sewphotohop : Pattern that changed my life. A very big association for a pattern, so i will see it for my sewing-life. It is Else , a pattern of @schneidernmeistern ! I have 5 different versions, and they all fit perfectly. And i love to wear them! – Tag 5 des #sewphotohop : Ein Schnittmuster, das dein Leben verändert hat: Das ist eine große Bedeutung, die ein Schnittmuster da haben soll, deshalb bezieh ichs jetzt aufs Nähleben. Und es ist: Else von schneidernmeistern. Ich habe 5 verschiedene Versionen und liebe sie alle! Genäht, angezogen und perfekt gepasst, wie für mich gemacht. Und ich liebe es meine Elsen zu tragen! 

7) Day 7 of #sewphotohop : #sewupclose My dolores, a pattern of Milchmonster with a Tula Pink fabric. I love it and in my timeline you can see more of it. My first collar! – Tag 7 des #sewphotohop : #sewupclose Meine Dolores, ein Schnitt von Milchmonster , mit Tula Pink Stoff. Ich liebe das Kleid und in meinem Feed könnt ihr mehr davon sehen. Das war mein erster Kragen!

8) Day 8 #sewphotohop : #sewingplaylist I love to hear music while sewing, or audiobooks or sometimes i watch gbsb. And i like to hear most types of music…. – Tag 8 des #sewphotohop : #sewingplaylist Ich liebe es Musik zu hören, oder Hörbücher und manchmal schaue ich Great British Sewing Bee… Aber nicht zu oft, die Folgen muss man sich gut einteilen 😉 Und beim nähen höre ich fast alle Sorten von Musik…Was hört ihr beim nähen? 

9) Day 9 of #sewphotohop : One day to late, but here is my #stash ! I have to tidy it up, but at the moment the sun is shining and my sewing room is missing me 😉 I try to stop fabric shopping at the moment (and pattern by the way…). The only excuses are fabrics for a project i make instantly. But nothing more for my stash, its definitely enough 😉 – Tag 9 des #sewphotohop : Einen Tag zu spät mein Vorrat an Stoffen. Ich muss da unbedingt aufräumen und sortieren, aber im Moment scheint einfach die Sonne… Momentan will ich keine weiteren Stoffe kaufen (…und Schnitte). Nur wenn ich wirklich etwas benötige und es direkt vernähe, aber nichts mehr auf Vorrat, es ist wirklich genug 😉

10) Day 10 of #sewphotohop : #wouldexchangeclosetwith ME! I thought the whole day about this question and i thought about the time, the passion, desperation sometimes, the money(!) and the satisfaction, that is in my clothes and i would get really angry if someone would take this loved clothes away. That sounds a little bit crazy, i think, but it is the truth! – Tag 10 des #sewphotohop : Mit wem würdest du deinen Kleiderschrank tauschen? Mit mir! Ich habe den ganzen Tag über diese Frage nachgedacht und ich habe daran gedacht, wieviel Zeit, Leidenschaft, manchmal auch Verzweiflung, Geld(!) und Zufriedenheit in meinen Klamotten steckt und ich wäre sehr, sehr wütend, wenn mir da jemand meinen Kleiderschrank wegnehmen würde. Das klingt vielleicht ein wenig verrückt, aber es ist die Wahrheit!

11+12) Day 11 and 12 of #sewphotohop : #bucketlist and #motivation My bucketlist is my motivation. I want these clothes and so i have to make it. This outfit is completely selfmade and the photo takes part in the catalog „This is not okay“, a protest against the workconditions of sewers around the world. – Tag 11 und 12 des #sewphotohop : #bucketlist und #motivation Meine Liste mit den Dingen, die ich nähen will ist meine Motivation. Schließlich will ich diese tollen Klamotten haben, die schon im Kopf existieren. Dieses Outfit ist komplett selbstgemacht und das Outfit entstand im Rahmen des Katalogs für „this is not okay“, ein Protest gegen die Arbeitsbedingungen von Nähern/Näherinnen auf der ganzen Welt.

13) Day 13 of #sewphotohop : #sewingspace This is my sewing space at the moment. Because of the temperature, it is very hot at the moment, it looks relatively „good“. When i sew, it is chaos 😉 – Mein Nähplatz im Moment. Relativ ordentlich, da es so warm ist. Wenn ich nähe ist da Chaos… Den Inhalt meines heutigen Blogbeitrages seht ihr auch ein wenig…

14) Day 14 of #sewphotohop : #styleDo i really have one style? I don’t know… But with my style, i feel good! – Tag 14 des #sewphotohop : #style Hab ich wirklich nur einen Stil? Ich weiß es nicht…. Aber mit meinem Stil bin ich in jedem Fall glücklich!

15) Day 15 of #sewphotohop : #secretcornerofshame : All the thinks, i would like to change, i have to make one stitch or the clothes from my man, i have to repair are there. You can’t see all, because it is very deep…. One day, this space will be empty, i hope 😉 – All die Dinge, die ich mal ändern wollte, bei denen ich nur ein paar Stiche machen müsste und die Klamotten von meinem Mann, die ich richten soll, liegen da. Da das Regalfach so tief ist, seht ihr nicht alles. Eines Tages ist das Fach leer, hoffe ich!!!

16) Day 16 of #sewphotohop : #tinyvsbig One with my size and one with smaller size… – Eine Puppe mit meiner Größe und eine mit eine Kleinere…
